Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Standard Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us that you'd like to return it. To start a return, email us at yoav@gatekeepisrael.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we confirm your return, you'll have 14 days from that confirmation to ship the item back to us. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached, and you'll need your proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of receiving it at yoav@gatekeepisrael.com, with photos of the issue if possible. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. There is no restocking fee.
